This resource has been developed following multidisciplinary team advisory boards conducted by Desitin Pharma. At these advisory boards, it became evident that there is nowhere for healthcare professionals to go to easily find out what formulations are available for the anti-seizure medicines used to treat adult and paediatric patients for whom tablets and capsules may not be appropriate. In addition, it was felt that it would be useful to understand what excipients are in the formulations, which may impact patient outcomes, and also which medicines are licensed to be administer via feeding tubes.
